What is Tangled Ball®?

Bullying is messy and complicated. In other words, it’s a tangled ball of unpredictable behavior—perpetually challenging for children and parents alike. And although there’s no “one size fits all” solution, no child who faces bullying should ever feel alone or diminished.

That means anti-bullying requires leadership, first on the part of a parent, and then, as children come of age, through their own strength and character.

Tangled Ball® is about untangling the multiple factors involved, one string at a time. Our mission is to help promote the best messages and the most effective tools to recognize it at its core and to deal with it effectively on every level, from the playground to our computers at home.

As we unravel the strings of this tangled ball, we discover the merits and never-ending value of self-awareness, empathy, empowerment, education, communication, parent involvement, school climate, and skill development.

The goal of Tangled Ball® is to help anyone who has a stake in the welfare of children to untangle the problems of bullying—one string at a time.
